- You will also have direct involvement with client bookkeeping and other data entry tasks.
This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:
- Efficiently answer all incoming calls and direct calls to the correct staff member
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate staff member
- Assist management in the completion of various admin projects
- Provide personal assistance to upper management
- General office duties such as filing, scanning, & word processing
- Other various duties that will contribute to our team effort
Qualifications And Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills (70+ WPM)
- Efficiency using the 10-digit numeric keypad
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to busy situations
- Strong work ethic
