Our Accounting, Payroll, and Tax firm is growing! We have created new staff positions necessary to support our growth. Our Payroll Processor position provides a great opportunity for you!

- As our Payroll Processor, you are responsible for processing payrolls for our accounting and payroll clients with extreme accuracy on a daily basis.

- This position enables you to learn all phases of payroll including client service, payroll entry, tax filing, and form processing. You will be involved in the payroll process from beginning to end.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Position is on-site.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:
- Data entry or import of time detail into our system. Review all information for completeness and accuracy. Contact clients for questions or discrepancies.
- Calculate and process all payroll related changes
- Verify payroll output against payroll reports and registers
- Package and proof reports, checks and vouchers
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications And Skills Required:
- 1+ years prior payroll processing experience
- Efficiency using the 10-digit numeric keypad
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills (70+ WPM)
- Quick with mental math
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
